Questions & Answers
Where can I import data from?
If you are using popular recipe software like Paprika (HTML & ZIP) , Shop n’ Cook (HTML), MasterCook (MX2, MZ2, TEXT), MacGourmet (TEXT) or Menu Magic (Backup File), we can import your data file. If you are on the Culinary Pro plan, you can import your customer data via CSV file from programs like Quickbooks, Quicken or programs that export to CSV format.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
We will notify you how much time is remaining on your trial and you can purchase your plan at anytime during the 14 day free days. If at the end of 14 days you don’t wish to sign up for a plan then you don’t have to do anything. You will simply lose access to your account but we will maintain any data you have created in the event you want to sign up later.
Can I change plans after I’m signed up?
Yes, If you decided to take advantage of our deeper discounts and signed up for an annual subscription, you have the ability to change your plan at the end of the term. If you are on a monthly plan and want to upgrade or downgrade your plan you can do so at any time.
If I want a copy of my data, can you provide that?
Yes, If at anytime you want a CSV file containing your customer and recipe data simply request it from support and we will provide that to you. Soon you will have self service access whereby you can download your data whenever you wish without having to contact support.
