Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) brown sugar
- 6 tablespoon(s) bourbon whiskey
- 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 tablespoon(s) lime juice
- 2 teaspoon(s) ginger grated
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 2 garlic crushed
- 6 Salmon fillet, 6 ounces each
- 4 teaspoon(s) sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup(s) green onion thinly sliced
Cooking Instructions
Combine first 8 ingredients in a ziploc. Add filets and marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 400.
Heat a non stick pan over medium high heat with a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Remove salmon from marinade and sear on high heat until brown and caramelized.
Remove from pan and place in a baking dish, skin side down. Finish cooking in oven at 400 about 20 minutes.
Serving Instructions
Heat in oven at 375 about 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
