Lobster Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lobster meat, cooked *
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 4-6 hot dog rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Cooking Instructions

Chop cooked lobster meat into 1 inch pieces, combine with mayo, mustard, dill pickle and celery.

Adding more mayo to taste and salt and pepper.

Slice hot dog rolls in half. Melt butter in a small skillet until bubbly. Place rolls in pan and brown in butter.

Fill rolls with lobster salad and serve.
