Curried Roasted Cauliflower with Yogurt Coating

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 teaspoon garam masala
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 head cauliflower, cored, and cut into florets
  • 1 each lemon, cut into wedge

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F

2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, spices, salt and pepper until evenly coated. Place on a lined baking tray.

3. Roast for 20 minutes and stir. Roast for another 10 minutes if needed or until golden brown and tender.

4. Serve with lemon wedges.
