Ingredients
- 12 medium chicken wings, tips off
- 2 tablespoon(s) dry thyme
- 3 tablespoon(s) garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 2 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoon hot sauce, of choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 stick butter, cubed
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat the oven at 425F. Pat dry the wings.
2. Brush the wings with olive oil. You may need more oil. Can use melted butter as well.
3. Sprinkle wings with all dry ingredients.
4. Place wings in a baking tray lined with parment paper.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden. It may take a little longer.
7. Meanwhile, in a bowl add the cubed butter and hot sauce.
8. When the wings are done, add to the bowl with the butter and sauce and toss well. Serve with the cilantro.
