Ingredients
- 1 pound mixed green, of Choice or more
- ¾ to 1 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, or any good-quality Oil
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar, White Wine Vinegar or Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoon french dijon mustard, or dijon style
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Cooking Instructions
Whisk together the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and any optional ingredient until well incorporated.
Pouring slowly, whisk in the oil until emulsified. Season with salt and pepper.
Add to the salad greens right before serving.
