Ingredients
- ½ cup Hazelnuts, toasted
- 2 cloves Garlic, peeled & trimmed
- 2-3 large Red Bell Peppers, sliced, roas
- ½ cup Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
- ½ Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- ¾-1 cup Olive Oil
- to taste Salt & Pepper
Cooking Instructions
Stagger layer all the ingredients into a food processor. Turn on the processor & puree until desired smoothness. Season with salt & pepper.
