  • Licorice
  • Sage
  • Nettles

Cooking Instructions


1. 1 ounce of each herb at an Herbal Store or Apothecary

2. Mix and store in an airtight container, i.e., Mason Jar

To prepare:

1. 2 heaping teaspoons per cup.

2. Cover with hot water

3. Infuse for 20 minutes

4. Enjoy three cups daily, all year round to support immune function.
