Ingredients

  • 2 Poblano, charred, seeded and peeled
  • 2 jalapeno, charred, seeded and peeled
  • 3 tomatoes, charred, seeded and peeled
  • 6 garlic, Charred and peeled
  • 1 onion, charred and peeled
  • 1 TBS Tomato paste
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ bunch Cilantro With tender stems

Cooking Instructions

Blend all ingredients until desired consistency. Chill before serving.
