Soaked Oat with Mixed Berries

  • ⅓ cup Organic Steel Cut Oats
  • ⅓ – ½ cup Nut or Dairy Milk (based on desired consistency)
  • ⅓ cup Plain Full-Fat Organic Yogurt or Kefir
  • ½ Tbsp. Chia Seeds or ground Flax Seeds
  • A few Raw Walnuts (halves)
  • Pinch Salt
  • To taste Cinnamon
  • *Include fruit of choice
  • ⅓ each Banana or
  • ¼ cup Dried Fruit or
  • ½ cup Blueberries

Cooking Instructions

Stir everything together in a bowl
Place in the fridge overnight
In the morning, you can blend the oats briefly if you’d like or leave the oats whole
Top with something crunchy and something with healthy fats – like nut butter or nuts
Warm it a bit if desired.
