Ingredients
- 1 green apple
- 2 stalks celery
- ¼ celery root, each grated
- ½ medium cucumber
- ½ avocado, medium
- 1 handful Fresh Basil
- 1 cup cold water, or Ice
- 1 ½ tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ½ each jalapeno, (optional) minced
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 small handful cilantro, herbs - dill, (or combination) parsley
- 2 tablespoon hemp seed
- ½ bunch parsley, fresh chopped (for garnish)
- To taste Sea Salt and Pepper
- Optional Herb Mignonette
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
Cooking Instructions
1. Blend ingredients together in a high-speed blender. Chill for 2 hours before serving or eat right away for optimal nutritional benefits.
2. Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy!
