Ingredients
- 1/2 ea beet
- 2 ½ cups Strawberries or Blueberries
- ½ cup Raspberries or Seasonal Fruit
- 6 tablespoons pea protein powder, as desired
- 2 `tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 cup Microgreens or Arugula
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce
- ½ Avocado
- 3 Tbsp Local Honey
- 6 leaves Fresh Basil
- 3-4 Ice Cubes (to keep cool while blending)
Cooking Instructions
1. Process all ingredients in a blender until very smooth. The ice is optional and the quantity may be varied to obtain a desired consistency.
Serving Instructions
The smoothie is best when served immediately, though will last up to two days in the refrigerator.
