- 3 3/4 eas beet
- 18 3/4 cups strawberries, or blueberries
- 3 3/4 cups raspberries, Seasonal Fruit
- 45 tablespoons pea protein powder, as desired
- 15 `tablespoons coconut oil
- 7 1/2 cups microgreens, or Arugula
- 7 1/2 heads Romaine lettuce
- 3 3/4 avocado
- 1 1/3 cups plus 3 1/2 teaspoons honey, local
- 45 leaves fresh basil
- 30 ice cube, (to keep cool while blending)
1. Process all ingredients in a blender until very smooth. The ice is optional and the quantity may be varied to obtain a desired consistency.
The smoothie is best when served immediately, though will last up to two days in the refrigerator.
