- 6 ounce organic yogurt, or kefir
- 4 tablespoon almond milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoon collagen peptides, or hulled hemp seeds
- 1/2 ea avocado, or banana
- 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil, or coconut manna
- 2 teaspoon cacao, organic raw
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground spices such as ginger, cardamom, turmeric
- 1 teaspoon black strap molasses
1. Process all ingredients except almond milk in a blender until very smooth. Add almond milk until desired consistency. Ice may be added as well for added texture and cooling.
The smoothie is best when served immediately, though will last up to two days in the refrigerator.
