Blanched Green Beans and Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans
  • 1 lb Asparagus

Cooking Instructions

Select a variety of vegetables. Broccolini, Cauliflower, Carrots cut in sticks, etc...

Blanch veggies in salted boiling water for 1-3 minutes depending on thickness of vegetables. Remove to cooling rack. Let cool until they stop steaming.
