Ingredients
- 2 cups English Cucumber, diced
- ½ each Avocado, medium dice
- ½ each Jalapeño Chili, halved and seeded
- 1 Fennel, bulb chopped
- 1 Granny Smith Apple
- ½ bunch Fresh Basil, leaves only
- ½ bunch Mint, leaves only
- ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 2 tsp Turmeric, fresh ½ inch (or 1 tsp ground)
- ¼ tsp Fresh ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons broccoli sprouts, for garnish, optional
Cooking Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender with enough water to make smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep chilled until it is time to serve.
