- 3 pounds chicken breast bone-in
- 8 cups water
- 1 t salt
- 2 medium onions sliced
- 3 medium carrots cut 1/4"
- 3 stalks celery cut 1/4"
- 2 cup green beans cut 1/2"
- 3 sprigs parsley chopped
Place chicken with skin, water and salt in pressure cooker. Cook on high for 15 minutes. Release pressure.
Remove chicken with slotted spoon and set aside to cool then remove skin and shred.
Add all vegetables to pressure cooker and cook on high for 4 minutes.
Stir in shredded chicken and parsley.
Heat in microwave or in a sauce pan on the stove top until hot throughout. Enjoy.
